Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to the following policies: 24-Hour Reschedule Notice: Clients must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within this time frame will result in the session being forfeited, and payment will not be refunded or credited. No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, no exceptions. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The time lost will not be made up. Client Responsibility: You will receive a confirmation call before your session; however, it is your responsibility to complete the intake form in advance. This includes providing your date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and a valid email address. Sessions cannot proceed without this information. PRE-ORDER NOTICE This purchase secures early access to a private diagnostic. This is not an instant download or live session. Diagnostic access will be emailed once the diagnostic officially releases.
