This is not freelancing, not charity, and not a marketplace for entitlement.
This is a mutual value exchange for people who are serious, consistent, and willing to participate.
What This Exchange Is
The Service & Knowledge Exchange allows members to trade:
Skill for skill, knowledge for knowledge, service for service, item for service, item for knowledge, service for item
or a mix of the above
Examples:
You teach a skill → you receive a service
You offer expertise → you receive mentorship
You give an item → you receive time or labor
You help someone build → they help you execute
This exchange is about balance, not handouts.
What This Exchange Is NOT
Not free consulting, not unpaid labor, not emotional dumping, not “pick your brain” requests not long-term unpaid commitments
not one-sided exchanges, not a way to bypass paid services
If you are looking for something free, this is not the place.
How the Exchange Works
You post what you offer
Be clear, honest, and specific
State exactly what you can provide

Skill, service, item, or knowledge
Be realistic and respectful
3. Others review your offer
Exchanges happen by mutual agreement only
4. You communicate and agree
You decide scope, time, and expectations together
5. You complete the exchange
Once complete, the listing should be closed
No one is obligated to accept your offer.
Important Exchange Rules (READ CAREFULLY
All exchanges must be mutually agreed upon
No one owes you anything
You are responsible for clearly defining the scope
One-sided exchanges are discouraged
No pressure tactics
No manipulation
No urgency games
No entitlement language
No disappearing after receiving value
If you take value and do not reciprocate, you will lose access.
Time & Scope Boundaries
Exchanges should be clearly limited in scope
Long-term or ongoing exchanges must be explicitly agreed upon
One-time exchanges are encouraged
No open-ended commitments unless BOTH parties agree
Respect time as currency.
Items & Physical Exchanges
If you are exchanging items:
Be honest about condition
Provide images when possible
Agree on delivery or pickup terms
This platform is not responsible for disputes
Meet safely and use common sense
All physical exchanges are your responsibility.
Donation-Based Services vs Exchange
Some members (including the platform owner) may offer donation-based consultations.
These are not exchanges.
Donation-based services follow separate rules
Exchanges require mutual contribution
Do not attempt to replace a donation or paid service with an exchange unless explicitly agreed
Accountability & Integrity
This exchange works only if people act with integrity.
You may be removed from the exchange if you:
Take value without giving back
Ignore agreed commitments
Misrepresent your skills or services
Attempt to exploit others
Harass or pressure members
Repeatedly post unserious or vague offers
This is a community privilege, not a right.

One-Day Donation Consultation (Wednesdays Only)
This consultation exists for accessibility, not promotion.
It is designed for people who genuinely cannot afford standard services — especially those outside the U.S. economy, including Haiti, where:
U.S. dollars are not the local currency
$1 USD can equal a full day’s wage
Currency conversion is difficult or expensive
Access to mentors, systems, or guidance is limited
Opportunity is blocked by geography, not intelligence
This is the reason this donation-based day exists.
Who This Is For
This consultation is specifically for:
People living outside the United States
People in Haiti
People who do not earn or hold U.S. dollars
People whose local currency converts very low to USD
People who cannot realistically afford paid services
People who are serious, respectful, and ready to listen
People who need clarity, direction, or problem-solving help
If you are financially comfortable or able to pay for paid services, this space is not meant for you.
This is not a workaround.
This is not a discount.
This is access for people who would otherwise have none.
What This Consultation Is
A one-on-one conversation
Up to one hour
Focused on clarity, direction, or problem-solving
Personal or business topics
Practical, direct, and honest
This is not coaching.
This is not system building.
This is not long-term support.
It is one intentional conversation.
How It Works (Read Carefully)
This service runs one day per week — Wednesdays only
Sessions are up to 1 hour
A maximum of 12 people per Wednesday
There is always a waiting list
A donation is required before consideration
Donation amount is whatever you can genuinely afford
You do not book a time
You do not choose a slot
I will contact you if and when you are selected
This structure protects the space and keeps it sustainable.

Even $1 is acceptable.
Donation is an energy exchange, not a purchase.
Donation does not guarantee a session.
If I cannot help you or cannot take you that week, your donation will be returned.
After You Donate
1. You will receive an automatic email confirmation
2. Reply to that email with your phone number
3. You will be added to the Wednesday waiting list
4. If selected, I will contact you directly with your session time
If you do not hear back immediately, it does not mean no — it means wait.

Why This Exists
Talent, intelligence, and potential exist everywhere — including Haiti.
Access does not.
Some people don’t need motivation.
They need one clear conversation to unlock direction.
This is my way of making that possible without turning access into chaos.
