Once access or content is delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Physical Products
Physical products sold directly by DonDadash are subject to the Shipping & Refund Policy.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. Certain items may be non-refundable as outlined in the Shipping & Refund Policy.
5. Collaborators, Resellers & Third-Party Sellers
DonDadash works with independent collaborators, resellers, and service providers.
Important clarification:
DonDadash does not process payments, shipping, refunds, or fulfillment for collaborator or third-party offerings
Each collaborator or seller operates independently and maintains their own policies
Customers are responsible for reviewing individual seller policies before purchasing
DonDadash is not liable for disputes, delays, or issues arising from transactions processed outside of its direct system.
6. Payments & Transactions
Payments for DonDadash products and services are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms as well.

Consultation & Long-Term Engagement Policy
Certain services offered by DonDada, including but not limited to custom AI development, system building, long-term coaching, mentorship, and strategic collaboration, require an alignment and qualification process.
Required Pre-Engagement Steps
To be considered for long-term work with DonDada, clients may be required to complete the following steps:
Book and attend a paid consultation
Complete the DonDada diagnostic assessment
Enroll in and complete the required business course or foundational program
These steps are designed to ensure alignment, clarity, and readiness for long-term collaboration.
Alignment Decision
Following completion of the consultation and required materials:
If both parties agree that alignment exists, work may proceed
If it is determined that alignment is not present, the collaboration will not move forward
Refund Terms for This Process
Consultation Fee
If DonDada determines that alignment is not present, the consultation fee will be refunded.
Diagnostic Assessments & Courses
Fees paid for diagnostic assessments, courses, or educational materials are non-refundable, as these products provide immediate access to proprietary content, tools, and intellectual property.
Regardless of whether long-term collaboration proceeds, clients retain full access to all diagnostic results, course materials, and educational content received.
No Guarantee of Ongoing Engagement
Completion of a consultation, diagnostic assessment, or course does not guarantee acceptance into long-term services, coaching, or custom system development.
DonDada reserves the right to decline ongoing work at its sole discretion to maintain integrity, alignment, and service quality.
